Alternative dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
In the event of an unresolved dispute arising from a consumer contract, we will inform the consumer in text form about the competent consumer arbitration board, insofar as this is required by law.
